The Guardian Trust can assume financial responsibility for certain specified costs and expenses related to the maintenance of LUCs and ECs. The Guardian Trust can also assume financial responsibility to fund and/or conduct additional remedial actions related to a breach of LUCs and ECs. Based on availability, The Guardian Trust also may offer third-party insurance policies that respond to post-closure obligations and liabilities.
